Enhancing Comfort and Value for Our Owners and Guests

Pelican Beach Management is excited to introduce our new Small Maintenance Program, designed to efficiently handle minor maintenance issues within our condominiums. We're delighted to have Alpi Turkel, a familiar and skilled presence on our property, leading this initiative. Alpi began his journey in our Common Area, progressing to become an integral part of the association maintenance team. His expertise will be invaluable in addressing many minor maintenance tasks.



 

However, it's important to note that Alpi's role is complementary to the broader efforts of the Pelican Beach Resort Owners’ Association Maintenance team. His involvement doesn't replace the extensive capabilities of our dedicated department but rather enhances our overall maintenance strategy.

A key component of this program is addressing small, often irritating issues such as remote control malfunctions, thermostat and refrigerator settings adjustments. Previously, these minor nuisances incurred charges of around $12.50 each. Under this new program, we're committed to resolving such issues, taking less than 15 minutes, at no extra cost to you. For more time-consuming tasks, we have set a reasonable maintenance charge of $35.00 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Please note, if any parts are needed for a repair, irrespective of the repair duration, you will be billed for the part at our cost.

To avail of this service, all work orders must be placed through the Pelican Beach Management Front Desk. Rest assured, all completed work orders will be clearly itemized and reconciled on your monthly statement.

By proactively managing small maintenance tasks, we aim to enhance the overall experience of staying in our condominiums. This approach not only adds value to your investment but also ensures a pleasant and hassle-free stay for all our guests.
